  1. Log into the Web Application
  2. Click Facilities in the menu bar on the left side of the screen
  3. Click button View next to the Facility name you wish to create a Room for
  4. Scroll down until you see the existing Room(s) for that Facility
  5. Click button Add Room
  6. Enter the room name in the field marked Room Name
  7. Optional: Enter a description of the Room in the field marked Description
  8. Optional: Tick the box to set the new Room as the default room. This will override the current default
  9. Click button Create

 

OR

 

  1. Log into the Web Application
  2. Click Rooms in the menu bar on the left side of the screen
  3. Click button Create Room
  4. Enter the room name in the field marked Room Name
  5. Select the Facility from the drop down menu of existing Facilities
  6. Optional: Enter a description of the Room in the field marked Description
  7. Optional: Tick the box to set the new Room as the default room. This will override the current default

Click button Create
