Only Company Administrators/Supervisors can manage and invite users.

  1. Log into the Web Application
  2. Click Users on the menu bar on the left side of the screen or the Users icon from the icons on the screen
  3. Click button Invite User on the upper right-hand side of the screen
  4. Provide the following information:
    1. Email
    2. First Name
    3. Last Name
    4. Level of Access
  5. If Parsl recognizes the User as a member of the Parsl platform from their email, the data fields will collapse and you will only need to select their level of access for your company to invite them to join your company 
  6. Click button Send Invite
  7. You will receive a confirmation popup that the User has been invited and the invited User should see the invitation in their inbox within minutes
  8. Their profile will now be visible on the Company User page as an invited User
