A Product must have a Batch number in order to have Lab Results attached to it. Batch numbers can only be uploaded through a Blaze CSV upload.

 

  1. Log into the Web Application
  2. Click Packages on the menu bar on the left side of the screen
  3. Click button View next to a Package
  4. If the Package has a Batch number, click button View
  5. Click button Upload Lab Results
  6. Select the Lab Results File from your drive
  7. Enter the following information:
    1. Expiry Date of the Product
    2. Batch Status - Passed testing; Failed testing and awaiting approval for remediation; Failed testing and awaiting destruction
  8. Click button Upload
  9. The latest Lab Results data will now be displayed on the Batch number page, as well as be available to view on the Parsl Mobile App
