This error message appears when you try to count a Product that is of a Product type that you have not included in the current Inventory count. You will need to take a corrective action once all the Products have been counted.

 

Flag this product as wrong cannabis type

  1. Click button Submit to take a corrective action
  2. You will be shown the corrective action screen which will say Scanned product not on list
  3. Select Flag this product as wrong cannabis type
  4. Click button Save
  5. Click button Submit
  6. The Inventory Count Summary screen will show you the tally of the number of correctly scanned and counted Products and the number of corrective-action-required Products

 

Move to current Box and Room

  1. Click button Submit to take a corrective action
  2. You will be shown the corrective action screen which will say Scanned product not on list
  3. Select Move to current box and room
  4. Click button Save
  5. Click button Submit
  6. The Inventory Count Summary screen will show you the tally of the number of correctly scanned and counted Products and the number of corrective-action-required Products

 

How to move to default Room

  1. Click button Submit to take a corrective action
  2. You will be shown the corrective action screen which will say Scanned product not on list
  3. Select Move to default room 
  4. Click button Save
  5. Click button Submit
  6. The Inventory Count Summary screen will show you the tally of the number of correctly scanned and counted Products and the number of corrective-action-required Products
